Andrew Jimenez drove in the winning run to give Montebello Oilers Varsity the lead in the sixth inning, as Montebello Oilers Varsity hung on to beat Bell Gardens 6-4 on Friday.Richard Santoscoy singled to get on base in the sixth. He then went from first to third on an RBI double by Justin DeLeon.Jimenez racked up three RBIs on two hits for Montebello Oilers Varsity.DeLeon had two extra-base hits for Montebello Oilers Varsity. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.Edgar Velasquez got the win in relief for Montebello Oilers Varsity. Edgar Velasquez pitched two innings and allowed two runs.Jimenez, Santoscoy and DeLeon helped lead the Oilers’ offense. They combined for six hits and four RBIs.The top of the second saw Bell Gardens take an early lead, 1-0.
