CONGRATULATIONS TO NICO GOMEZ   106 POUND CIF-SS WRESTLING   CHAMPION.   He’s the first wrestler in school history to go back to back. He’ll be wrestling this Friday and Saturday in the Masters Meet at Citizen’s Bank Arena in Ontario. Good Luck Nico!!

Wrestling: Congratulations to the 2014-15 Co-League Champs. Their 1st league title in over 15 tears. At the league finals this past Saturday they captured 5 league individual championships. Montebello High School wrestling team is under it’s fourth year Head Coach Robert Ferra who has restored  pride and confidence to a once proud  team that has had it’s share of struggles over the past decade. Nico Gomez finishes 10th at Masters

Nico Gomes (CIF Champ) had agreat showing at the Southern Section Masters. He finished 3-3 in the 2 days and placed 10th in Southern Section. Great season for Nico, we’re looking forward to an exciting season next year.

Nico Gomez CIF Wrestling Champ

Nico Gomez captures the individual CIF Championship at 106lbs. leading the way to a strong showing by the Oilers Wrestling Team in the 2014 CIF Championships.
